Glasgow Christmas Market 2018 dates revealed

This year’s Glasgow Christmas markets have been announced, which can only mean one thing: the joy of Christmas is upon us once again. With a variety of traditional festive gifts to delicious street food to indulge on, what better way to kick off the festivities by popping down to one of these Christmas markets. 

Also featuring at the George Square market will be a warm and delightful bar to add to the festive spirt, offering a mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Friday 9th November- Sunday 23rd December
  • Monday- Wednesday, 10am-9pm
  • Thursday- Sunday, 10am-10pm
  • Finishing at 6pm on Sunday 23rd December

If you fancy popping along to the St Enoch Square market where you will be instantly transported in a winter wonderland village of over 50 seasonal chalets featuring local crispy duck rotisserie, bratwurst sausage, crepes, hot roast and much more to delight your taste buds.

Also featuring two German bars with a German windmill, where you can relax and embrace the Christmas cheer.

George Square Christmas market

  • Sunday 25th November- Monday 31st December
  • Monday- Wednesday, 10am-9pm
  • Thursday-Sunday, 10am-10pm
  • Finishing at 6pm on Monday 24& Sunday 31st December.

George Square will be alive and full of joy just in time for Christmas with over 50 traders from across the world, as well those close to home, selling homemade products and high quality crafts, and what’s not love about the stunning 15 metre Christmas street which won’t be hard to miss.

The centrepiece of the George Square will be back with its traditional carousel and big wheel as well as a stunning crafted authentic German bars, serving traditional beers and Gluhwein.
