British Flower and Vibrational Essences annual gathering discusses our relationship with tears

This week marked the opening of the British Flower and Vibrational Essences annual gathering and the line-up of guest speakers included new faces and old.

Her first ever talk, Sally Arthurs opened the Saturday with a talk called “Parcels of healing: Tears, the power or the stigma?”, an in-depth look at our relationship to tears and crying and whether there’s a difference between the two.

The talk explored how we approach our tears, the scientific make-up of tears and their types, and how best to support others when tears start to flow.
